Ok, Dianne, I have to correct you. The report from the neighbor Charles and Amanda stated there was only ONE boarded up window not windows as many have stated. I have neighbors who fence is higher than mine by a foot. Should I look at them too? A high fence to some could be normal to others.

It was only one window boarded up according to the lady visiting the neighborhood and Amanda. Makes a difference when there is only one boarded up and not ALL of them!

Question: Isn't everyone "law abiding" before they become a criminal? Let me make this so people can understand. No one has ever been born a criminal, meaning committed a crime. All people are born law abiding, meaning having committed no crimes.

I'm all for gun rights and gun control, but I love when towns like this are used as examples of how to live. There is 1300 people living there. There hasn't been a violent crime in over 10 years.
